Purchasing:

All items offered on our website are subject to availability as many items are one off pieces and cannot be replaced like for like. All prices are in £ sterling and include VAT where appropriate. You can purchase items via our website by clicking on the shopping basket. We use Verified by Visa which not only protects your card against unauthorised use, it also means you can have confidence that we have made sure that your security is a priority. Should you wish to contact us, please call 07969 777389. Our opening hours are 10.00am-4.00pm Monday – Friday. All orders will be processed within these working days. No orders are processed or deliveries made on weekends and Bank Holidays.

Delivery:

Please allow up to 10 days to process and deliver your parcel. We will email you to let you know when your parcel has been sent. We attend events throughout the year (see our events page and come and meet us!) and we will endeavor to post to you as soon as possible. The time for delivery is not guaranteed by us and all parcels are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Cost for Special Delivery is £7.95, depending on weight and size of the parcel. Your order will be delivered within Royal Mail’s working hours and a signature will be required upon receipt. The carrier will leave a calling card if you are unavailable to accept delivery of your goods and you will need to collect from your local depot or rearrange another time for the parcel to be delivered. Please note if you place your order on a Bank Holiday or from Friday through to Sunday, your order will be processed on the following Tuesday/Wednesday and sent via Royal Mail thereafter.

We will do our very best to deliver your jewellery to you within the estimated time. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. Muzo Vintage will have no liability to you or any third party for any loss you or a third party may suffer because of any delay or failure to deliver your jewellery within the estimated time.

All delivery costs are non-refundable.

We do not deliver to P.O boxes or other addresses other than the location where the card is registered.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return it, please complete the return form included in your delivery. Please fill it in accurately for your return to be processed as quickly as possible. Please return it to our PO Box address only.

We will be happy to process the refund of the purchase price paid (not delivery). All items must be in original packaging and all seals intact. It must also be in the same condition when purchased and not worn or any alterations made. It must also be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. No refunds will be made after this period.

Please ensure that the returned parcel is packaged securely as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage sustained in the return of the goods. Refunds can only be made to the original card holder of the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Return instructions will be included with your purchase. You can return your item via the Post Office or International equivalent. We advise using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service within the UK. This service will cover your parcel against theft or loss.

Please allow a further 7-10 days before your account is credited.

Muzo Vintage cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transportation. Any returns are at your own risk.
